- Rake or spade the material into the existing soil to a depth of approximately 6 inches.
- Spread a thin layer of Long Island Compost Top Soil approximately ¼ inch deep.
- Rake thoroughly and mix it with the existing native soil.
- Scatter the grass seed, rake again and water thoroughly.
The manufacturer directs customers to mix this product with native soil. It should not automatically be treated as a complete standalone potting mix or raised-bed mix.
Wear gardening gloves while handling soil products and wash your hands after use.
